Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to manage a caseload of high-complexity property claims, with emphasis on coverage disputes, large losses and litigated files. You’ll operate with autonomy, serve as a trusted advisor, and mentor less-experienced adjusters.

We value independent analysis, defense-ready documentation, and proactive subrogation work, while delivering an exceptional insured experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property claims adjusting experience, including coverage disputes, large losses or litigated files.
• Deep working knowledge of residential or STR-specific property coverage forms.
• Advanced proficiency with Xactimate, including custom macros/profiles and sketch tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex and disputed coverage scenarios across STR property coverage forms.
• Own high-complexity claims including large losses and litigation files.
• Build and validate Xactimate estimates and provide peer review for junior adjusters.
