Concord Group seeks a Branch Claims Representative II to manage first party personal property and commercial property claims from investigation to resolution. You will determine coverage, evaluate losses, and negotiate settlements while delivering outstanding service to agents and insureds.

The role requires 2–3+ years of property claims experience, strong policy interpretation, and proficiency with estimating tools like Xactimate/XactContents. Licensing and continuing education are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as Branch Claims Representative I or three years of insurance claims experience.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance policies and legal documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble facts, determine coverage, evaluate loss amount, and analyze liability.
• Handle claims through investigation, evaluation, and settlement.
• Provide high level customer service to agents and insureds.
• Maintain required adjuster licenses and complete continuing education.
• Use computer systems and tools for estimating property and auto losses.
