Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of an assigned book of business. You will collaborate with internal teams, Personal Lines Managers, and Producers to exceed client expectations and act as the primary client contact for insurance-related service needs.

The role emphasizes advisory support, cross-selling opportunities, and building strong client relationships while navigating industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or consultative experience.
• Prior experience in a broker agency.
• Thorough knowledge of property casualty and ancillary products.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with quoting processes/tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned book of business.
• Perform marketing, quoting, binding, and renewals tasks.
• Advise clients and serve as primary contact for service needs.
• Delegate work to internal service team members.
• Handle day-to-day client issues and needs analyses.
• Engage in cross-sale opportunities when available.
• Build proactive relationships and educate clients on industry changes.
