We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join a fast‑paced, client‑focused insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship management, policy servicing, and delivering a high level of accuracy and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day account servicing including renewals, endorsements, quotes, and policy changes
• Respond to client, carrier, and internal requests with urgency and professionalism
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities for additional protection
• Support new business and retention through strong follow‑up and service
• Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, products, and industry updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth and client success
• Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance (Commercial or Personal Lines)
• Strong understanding of insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating
• Active P&C insurance license required
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied, Vertafore, Epic, AMS, or similar)

CISR, CIC, CPCU, or similar designations are a plus.
