Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 3+ years in property administration.
• Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS relative to property administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.

Aufgaben

• Oversee, manage, and analyze property management activities on site and at subcontractors to ensure accountability.
• Develop, implement, and update property management policies and life-cycle procedures.
• Prepare periodic and special reports on leasing, insurance, facility usage, and related matters.
• Support audits for U.S. Government, customers, and internal stakeholders.
