Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Consultant for the Promotions Program Office in Charlotte, NC. The role drives servicing processes, risk management, and readiness activities, coordinating with Compliance, Product, Marketing, and channel teams to ensure compliant, efficient offer delivery.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of operations/risk management experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Operations Management, Risk Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with operations management, process design, change readiness, analytics, and risk/control support.

Responsibilities

• Drive promotions servicing processes and tracking routines as a liaison to Servicing and execution teams.
• Influence design and updates of servicing processes, including escalations and documentation.
• Support readiness and implementation for promotions and ecosystem updates with cross-functional partners.
• Design, maintain, and manage SOPs, process flows, templates, tools, checklists, and documentation.
• Create training materials, teammate guidance, and job aids for promotions capabilities.
• Train associates on SOPs, platforms, and escalation routines; ensure adoption of changes.
• Collaborate for training/process improvements and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Assist in risk and control design to minimize risk in promotion operations; liaise with Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Governance.
• Manage day-to-day operational processes: workflow tools, checklists, readiness routines, and documentation standards.
