Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or related field; equivalent education accepted.
• Ten years of management experience in banking, operations, compliance or risk.
• Strong knowledge of bank operations, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Plan staffing and production levels to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Coordinate End-to-End RCSA and control implementation.
• Establish risk controls and corrective actions for regulatory compliance.
• Lead regulatory change management and incident reviews.
