Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Entertainment, Theatre, Theme Park, Location Based Entertainment, Marketing or Project or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of experience leading project teams or managing individuals.
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving accountability and results.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and clients.
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites or client locations.
• Pro familiarity with a range of software systems listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance and provide feedback to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships; provide mentorship and guidance.
• Support and empower the team for successful project delivery across competencies.
• Administer timesheets and track absences to ensure project coverage.
• Collaborate to develop standardized workflows, tools, and processes for efficiency.
