TAIT, a global leader in live events and stage technology, seeks a strategic project leader to guide complex, multidisciplinary projects from bidding through delivery. You will align engineering, manufacturing, operations and client teams to meet scope, schedule and budget while ensuring TAIT’s boutique service standards.

The role emphasizes risk and financial management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable TAIT solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/ GED, plus 5+ years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus 2+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project scheduling (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
• Budget management and analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Epicor, SAP)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Content Management System (e.g. Box, SharePoint, Google Drive)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes and principles
• Ability to be in office Monday - Friday, with travel to job sites up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Project management: deliver multidimensional scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and support
• Communicate project status to clients and TAIT leadership
• Drive client satisfaction and ensure TAIT quality throughout delivery
• Draw together disciplines to ensure project success
• Monitor risk and manage change orders, including project finances
• Attend regular check-ins and maintain proactive stakeholder communication
