Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Senior Director, Global Project Controls to lead the enterprise project controls function across markets and project types. This executive will establish standards, tools, and reporting to strengthen financial performance and delivery reliability.

The role focuses on proactive decision support, portfolio oversight, and collaboration with finance, operations, and delivery teams to protect margins and improve predictability in global live experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Arts Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years leading large-scale project portfolios in complex environments.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the enterprise Project Controls function across markets and project types.
• Define and maintain standards for cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, governance, and reporting.
• Develop scalable controls frameworks, tools, templates, and processes.
• Provide portfolio visibility with accurate, timely performance information to leadership.
• Oversee lifecycle delivery from proposal through closeout to improve accountability and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align controls with business needs and drive efficiency.
• Mentor and develop the Project Controls team and establish career development paths.
