Job summary

• Must interpret blueprints and project documents including specs, reporting, and quality requirements.
• Must be able to travel within branch or regional territory as needed.
• Must learn and teach project management systems.
• Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders, in confined spaces; lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
• Must see colors, read small print, and hear audible signals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee schedules, staffing, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, costs, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, quality, and customer expectations.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and improve operations including estimating, purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, invoicing, and reporting.
