Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee field operations on large projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 15 years of construction experience, and expertise in BIM, Lean, scheduling software, and cost control. You will lead superintendents, coordinate with owners and architects, and enforce Turner safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of related training and at least 15 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in building codes, cost control, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with scheduling software; MS Office.
• Experience with BIM and Lean methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for daily activities.
• Lead, supervise and develop Superintendents and staff.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans and identify scope of work.
• Develop and implement project schedules identifying the critical path.
• Review subcontractor schedule impacts and productivity.
• Ensure ethics and compliance requirements are followed.
• Develop and manage the site safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Manage the billing process and monthly estimates of work completed.
