Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced construction leader to supervise field operations on large or complex projects in Los Angeles, CA. You will organize, plan, and schedule work to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, while coordinating with owners, architects and engineers.

You will develop site logistics, lead superintendents, manage safety programs, and oversee permit and insurance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive construction experience; deep knowledge of building systems and codes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting project documents, drawings and specs.
• Strong cost control, budgeting and scheduling capabilities; proficient with BIM and Lean approaches.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for project activities.
• Lead and develop superintendents and staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Develop and implement project setup, site logistics, and work schedules with critical paths.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and subcontractor coordination to meet timelines.
• Ensure safety program adherence and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Oversee permits, insurance, and liaison with inspection agencies.
• Oversee billing, Work-In-Place, and monthly estimates; manage budget and cost control.
