Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Project Superintendent to oversee field construction, organize and schedule work, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to the specified quality. You will manage field staff, liaise with owners, architects, and engineers, and drive safety and compliance programs on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive construction experience, along with knowledge of BIM, Lean, and cost-control practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in building construction; understands drawings, specs, cost control.
• Experience with BIM, Lean principles, and MS Office; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for daily site activities.
• Develop and implement project schedules with critical path and expediting materials/equipment.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Turner field staff; contribute to performance appraisals.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance; maintain safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Manage procurement, deliveries, and WIP; oversee payments and contractor coordination.
