Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Field Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site organization, planning, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality. You will liaise with owners, architects and engineers daily, develop the critical path, coordinate subcontractors, and lead Turner field staff. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of construction experience are required, with BIM/Lean proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with related training and 8+ years of building construction experience.
• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with owners, architects and engineers for on-site activities.
• Develop and implement overall project work schedules including critical path.
• Lead and develop Turner field staff with performance input.
• Manage site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing levels.
• Coordinate multiple trades, resolve procedural and design clarifications.
