Job summary

Honour Consulting Inc. is seeking a seasoned multifamily superintendent with proven experience on ground-up projects in the Southeast. The role requires coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, driving schedule milestones, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and budget.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years as a superintendent, proficiency with Procore, and a valid driver's license. Travel across the Southeast is expected to support multiple projects in the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Superintendent for GC/Developer.
• Ground-up multifamily project experience required.
• Procore proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to determine project needs.
• Set performance goals and deadlines.
• Manage project documentation, schedule, and deadlines.
• Assist with estimation and bidding.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee budget, vendors, and client relationships.
• Oversee safety and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Coordinate owner/architect/engineer and subcontractor interfaces.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job description

We have an opportunity for a multifamily superintendent that has experience with ground up multifamily projects. This position will require travel in the Southeast. Projects range in size from $30M-65M. Our client is an established developer/builder that has a strong pipeline of projects.

Start Date: August 2026

Location: Southeast

Pay Range: Depends on experience, but a rough range for the base is $135-155k

*Prior experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor or Developer is required*

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs


• Set performance goals and deadlines


• Manage project documentation, project schedule and deadlines


• Assist with estimation and bidding process


• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders


• Strategic planning, maintenance of the project budget, coordination and management of the overall project schedule, and maintaining positive vendor and client relationships.


• Oversight of the successive phases of projects.


• Subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations for projects.


• Project team selection, management and development.


• Overall safety and scheduling for assigned projects.


• Institute and oversee all procedures required for the work to be completed according to schedule.


• Interaction and communication with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors.


• Adhering to company standards while completing projects on time and under budget

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience of being a Superintendent


• Experience with ground up multifamily projects required


• Proficient with Procore


• Driver's License and good driving record
