Job summary

Fairway Construction in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to support the project schedule, coordinate on-site activities, and assist in budget management. The role requires frequent travel to project sites with overnights as needed.

Ideal candidate will have construction experience, knowledge of blueprints, and familiarity with project management software. Multi-family stick-built construction experience is preferred, with OSHA awareness a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the overall construction schedule and completion dates.
• Assist in managing the project budget and provide value engineering opportunities.
• Supervise on-site subcontractors and laborers, and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure all construction codes, safety requirements, and Earth Craft documentation are met.
• Attend company meetings representing current projects.
