• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating sub-contractors.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create detailed project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Manage multiple large projects with high quality control.
• Mentor and develop field personnel and juniors.
• Support business development and client relationships.
