Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking a seasoned construction leader to guide complex interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects from preconstruction through turnover.

You will oversee field teams, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and schedule discipline across multi-discipline efforts. The role emphasizes collaboration, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality outcomes while upholding Clune’s safety culture and values.

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction and field planning with phasing, site logistics, and sequencing.
• Direct daily field activities, coordinate trades, manage manpower, and drive schedule performance.
• Promote safety, QA/QC and compliance with project requirements prior to inspections and turnover.
• Manage project schedules, monitor milestones, and develop recovery plans when delays occur.
• Lead project closeout, turnover, and client relationship management.
