CyberCoders in Kansas City is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee site management and day-to-day field activities for upcoming commercial projects. You will develop schedules, maintain project paperwork, and ensure inspections and jobsite safety while building strong relationships with team members.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Superintendent with commercial/retail construction experience, strong leadership and communication, and a working knowledge of computers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Superintendent.
• Commercial, Retail, or mixed Construction project experience.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Computer knowledge.
• OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities.
• Develop and manage project schedule.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain paperwork on project.
• Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety.
• Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite.
