Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site management for complex, multi-year commercial construction projects. The role focuses on safety, schedule adherence, quality quality control, and on-site coordination with subcontractors and owners.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of field supervision experience, strong knowledge of construction means and methods, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive field experience in construction supervision or comparable roles.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects; large multi-year site work.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, reading drawings and contract documents.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades and lead diverse field crews.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, preparing daily reports and managing site documentation.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to implement safety programs.
• Proficient with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and basic office software.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills; interface with owners, design teams and regulatory agencies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Preferred: multifamily, luxury residential and condominium projects familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, materials and site logistics to maintain schedule.
• Manage site work, ensuring compliance with plans, specs and permits.
• Supervise subcontractors and field crews, ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor schedule milestones; identify and mitigate delays and bottlenecks.
• Report progress to project managers, owners, architects and engineers; implement corrective actions.
• Enforce OSHA safety programs; conduct toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, RFI logs, submittals and progress photos.
• Control on-site QA/QC and review work for contractual compliance.
• Track labor, materials and equipment usage with project management.
• Mentor and lead field staff, promote teamwork and professionalism.
