Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on institutional, educational, civic, and commercial projects across Southern California.

You will mobilize teams, coordinate trades, drive schedules, uphold safety and quality, and deliver projects on time while maintaining strong client relations. Applicants should have 7+ years in commercial construction with a track record on campus, public works, or modernization projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience in sectors: K-12 education, higher education, civic/municipal, institutional, commercial.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and aggressive schedules.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and manage site logistics.
• Review plans, specs, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and punch list closure.
• Foster a positive, professional jobsite culture.
