CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout in Michigan.

You will manage on-site operations, ensure safety, stay on schedule, and uphold quality standards across trades and stakeholders. Key duties include coordinating subs and vendors, interpreting drawings, enforcing safety programs, maintaining daily logs and punch lists, and mentoring junior field staff to foster a collaborative, professional site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, and ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience implementing site safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for commercial projects.
• Enforce safety programs and conduct site safety inspections; ensure subcontractors comply with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and craft personnel to maintain schedule and production goals.
• Interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications; identify conflicts and elevate issues with proposed solutions.
• Monitor daily progress and productivity; maintain logs, reports, and as-built records.
• Mentor and train junior field staff and promote a collaborative, professional site culture.
