Job summary

CyberCoders in Kansas City is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee site management and day-to-day field activities for upcoming commercial projects. You will develop schedules, maintain project paperwork, and ensure inspections and jobsite safety while building strong relationships with team members.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Superintendent with commercial/retail construction experience, strong leadership and communication, and a working knowledge of computers.

• Commercial, Retail, or mixed Construction project experience.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Computer knowledge.
• OSHA 30.

We are a full service GC in the Commercial Construction industry that was founded in 2003. We pride ourselves on having better service, better performance, & better value for all of our clients and pride ourselves on our repeat business with our current clients. We are seeking to add a Seasoned Superintendent to our team to help with upcoming work in and around the Kansas City area.

What You Will Be Doing
