Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in utility transmission lines and substations.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience with cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with Linear Scheduling and large-scale sitework.
• Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across departments.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for transmission, substations, and renewables.
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Conduct critical path analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports.
• Support look-ahead planning and short-interval schedules.
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and standards.
