Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of electric infrastructure projects. You will develop, maintain, and track Primavera P6 schedules across 10–20 major projects valued at $8–$10 billion, collaborating with project directors, managers, engineers, and controls teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and capacity planning.
• Experience on large-scale capital projects (utility/construction/infrastructure).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across a portfolio of projects from initiation through closeout.
• Maintain resource-loaded schedules aligning labor, engineering, contractors with milestones.
• Analyze resource demand, forecast workloads, identify conflicts and optimize utilization.
• Perform routine updates, CPM calculations, critical path, float, variance and trend analyses; publish look-ahead reports.
