Frontline Source Group – Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Senior Level Project Scheduler in Austin, TX for an onsite, multiyear transportation infrastructure program. The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, CPM scheduling expertise, and Power BI reporting to support project controls and leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
• Power BI experience for project reporting and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, resource loading, and baseline management.
• Experience managing complex schedules on large construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support a major transit infrastructure program including rail expansions and new corridors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines.
• Monitor progress and update schedules reflecting actual performance and evolving conditions.
• Identify schedule risks and provide mitigation strategies and recommendations.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and resource loading.
• Lead baseline schedule development and ongoing schedule management.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate milestones and performance.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to leadership.
