Job summary

STV Incorporated in New York City seeks a Senior Scheduler to join the Project Controls team, supporting a portfolio of transportation and major infrastructure projects nationwide. You will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules, perform risk analyses, and support EVM reporting across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires independent work, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff. 8+ years of scheduling experience and advanced Primavera P6 skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive scheduling or project controls experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule analysis.
• Experience with public agency clients, transit authorities, DOTs, or major infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze CPM construction schedules for complex projects.
• Support multiple active projects, balancing priorities across programs.
• Prepare baseline schedules, updates, recovery schedules, and what-if analyses.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and TIAs as needed.
• Lead schedule development for design-build and major projects.
• Review contractor schedule submissions and TIAs for impacts.
