Job summary

Ardmore Roderick seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, project controls, and cost reporting, supporting diverse infrastructure projects.

You will work with stakeholders and contractors to develop master schedules, perform risk analyses, and ensure project deadlines are met while leveraging Procore, SharePoint, and other tools. Hybrid work may be available depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience with Primavera P6 v20.12+.
• 8+ years on rail/transit/OM facilities.
• 5+ years field construction experience.
• 5+ years of delay claim/time impact analysis.
• Collaborator mindset with strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to cost and/or resource load a CPM schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-Builder and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls.
• Ensure quality control/assurance of deliverables.
• Maintain master schedule with stakeholders/contractors.
• Attend meetings and participate in field inspections.
• Incorporate stakeholder input and develop scheduling plans.
• Develop cost control procedures and reporting.
• Conduct risk interviews and manage risk register in FTA environments.
• Develop contingency and risk management plans.
• Support Procore implementation and dashboard reporting.
• Coordinate cost estimates from stakeholders/contractors.
