Job summary

AES Clean Energy is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for all assigned projects. This role will summarize EPC schedules into the AES CE Integrated Master Schedule and explain variances to project developers and managers.

The Lead Project Scheduler reports to the Scheduling Manager and will prepare reports on schedule-related trends and ensure plans are achievable with internal and external teams. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience or equivalent in solar project development/construction.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule data and verify dates and WBS.
• Develop and maintain project baselines; monitor progression against baselines.
• Prepare standard scheduling reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
