Job summary

AES Clean Energy is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for all assigned projects. This role requires the ability to summarize EPC project schedules into the AES CE Integrated Master Schedule and to monitor progression against baselines.

The candidate will explain variances and prepare trend reports for project developers, managers, and leadership. The Lead Project Scheduler reports to the Scheduling Manager and will coordinate with internal and external

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience in solar, O&G, utility, renewable, or construction

Responsibilities

• Review project schedule data, verify dates, and assess WBS as applicable
• Evaluate work packages for feasibility of implementation
• Recommend alternative methods to efficiently achieve and maintain desired results
• Communicate status of work with internal and external customers
• Coordinate with project developers and managers to share schedule information
• Develop and maintain project baselines and schedule analyses
• Prepare standard scheduling reports and ensure timely updates
