Job summary

The AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for AES Clean Energy projects. You will summarize EPC schedules into the AES CE Integrated Master Schedule and report on variances and trends.

You will support project developers, managers, and executives with schedule outlooks and status updates. The role requires strong scheduling expertise, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a collaborative, communicative approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling experience in solar, O&G, utility or renewable sectors.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading scheduling analyses and reports.
• Ability to develop and maintain project baselines.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedule data to include records of activities, verify open/close dates, WBS structure as applicable, and associated data as applicable to activities.
• Evaluate work packages and other related data for feasibility of implementation.
• Develops and maintains project baselines.
• Prepares standard Scheduling reports to reflect accurate schedule status and/or corrective actions as required.
• Coordinates projects with all participants to ensure that plans are achievable and current.
