Job summary

AES Clean Energy seeks a Lead Project Scheduler in Houston to develop and maintain schedules for assigned projects and summarize EPC schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule. You will monitor progress, explain variances, and support project developers and managers.

Candidates should have 8+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong communication skills. This role reports to the Scheduling Manager and offers a competitive package including

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience or equivalent in solar/OCGN/construct ion projects.
• Apply scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 and MS Project; produce schedule analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project schedule data including activities, dates, and WBS.
• Evaluates work packages for feasibility and recommends improvements.
• Communicates schedule status and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Coordinates with project developers and managers on plans and baselines.
• Develops and maintains project baselines and reports on variance.
