Job summary

TPI Global Solutions in Houston is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, detail, expand and maintain complex project schedules across multiple projects within the construction domain. The role requires coordinating with the planning team and stakeholders to ensure execution alignment and informed decision making.

The successful candidate will have a technical degree and 5–10 years of scheduling experience, with advanced Primavera P6 skills and a track record in oil and gas construction

Qualifications

• Technical college diploma or university degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aptitude and communications skills related to acting independently as a senior logistics/scheduling professional.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload in a fast paced and dynamic environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Possess an aptitude for successfully building relationships with project staff, internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced level knowledge of Primavera P6
• Experience with oil and gas construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, detail, expand and maintain project schedules for one or more projects.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling with stakeholders within project teams.
• Provide logistics/scheduling related technical support for planning, procurement, development, construction and maintenance activities.
• Update schedules based on progress and earned-value data.
• Develop schedule performance indicators and provide options to the project team.
• Interface with stakeholders to obtain information required for accurate critical-path management.
