Job summary

A dynamic energy organization in Houston seeks an experienced Project Scheduler/Coordinator to support a portfolio of concurrent projects. The successful candidate will develop and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project and manage activities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They must possess strong expertise in critical path methodology and project dependency management, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders. This role requires onsite work in Houston 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project scheduling experience.
• Background in oil & gas, energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project schedules.
• Manage scheduling activities across ~185 concurrent projects.
• Identify and manage critical path and sequencing.
