Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler for our Hubbard, Texas project. The role emphasizes building and maintaining CPM schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with project teams, and producing progress reports.

If you have 3+ years in industrial scheduling, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach, this is a great fit. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to track status, integrate subcontractor schedules, and support baseline

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Resource loading.
• Mechanical construction experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including charts and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Interface with client representatives to communicate schedule updates.
• Assist with weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Analyze workload capacity data and determine resource requirements.
• Plan and schedule workflow for the project team.
• Confer with project managers and engineers to determine status of projects.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the Master Schedule.
• Update project schedules timely and accurately.
• Perform resource loading and data analysis in schedules.
