Oxford Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for electrical and MEP construction projects. The role requires expertise in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, and Last Planner System, with collaboration across project teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling for electrical/MEP builds, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities for updates to clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience for electrical and MEP construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Extensive knowledge of CPM, Takt, Last Planner System and industry scheduling practices.
• Experience managing schedules for multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule development and updates.
• Utilize industry-standard scheduling practices to manage timelines.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and updates to teams and clients.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively develop solutions.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
