Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to join our team supporting complex commercial, industrial, and MEP construction projects in Greenville, SC. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules that keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, electrical, or MEP construction.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and critical path methodology
• Ability to develop, update, and analyze complex construction schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with project and field leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6
• Build and maintain project baseline schedules
• Update schedules based on field progress and project conditions
• Perform CPM scheduling and critical path analysis
• Develop look-ahead and recovery schedules
• Track manpower, productivity, procurement, and major project milestones
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules when required
• Support schedule forecasting and earned value analysis
• Identify delays, schedule risks, and potential impacts
• Support time impact analysis and change-order documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
• Prepare schedule reports and communicate updates to project leadership

We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler with a background in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction.

This role will work directly with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate understands more than just software. You know how construction progresses in the field and can use scheduling data to identify risks, forecast upcoming work, track productivity, and help project teams stay ahead of potential delays.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6
