Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a P6 Scheduler in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to develop and analyze Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale data center and electrical construction projects. This role collaborates with project managers, owners, and trade partners to assure schedule integrity and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of scheduling experience in construction, particularly in electrical scopes, and must be proficient in Primavera P6, understanding the complexities of construction sequencing.

The P6 Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed Primavera P6 schedules for large‑scale data center and mission‑critical electrical construction projects. This role partners closely with project managers, electrical superintendents, owners, and trade partners to ensure schedule accuracy, risk mitigation, and on‑time project delivery across fast‑paced, high‑reliability environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience, with a strong focus on electrical scopes.
• Proven experience scheduling for oil, refinery, data center, or mission‑critical projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).
• Strong understanding of electrical construction sequencing, including commissioning and turnover processes.
• Experience working in fast‑track construction environments with aggressive milestones.
• Ability to communicate schedule impacts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
