Job summary

ON GRID INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES, LLC seeks a Senior Project Scheduler in Pecos, TX. The role is responsible for the planning, development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of schedules for complex industrial and EPC projects.

You will lead schedule development from scratch, manage master and discipline schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate status to clients and project leadership. This role requires 10+ years of experience and expert Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive planning and scheduling experience in industrial/EPC projects.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency including baselining, updating, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and ability to interpret schedule logic, float and constraints.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Plan and schedule engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning activities.
• Establish schedule logic, baselines, calendars, and reporting baselines.
• Monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and identify schedule risks.
• Prepare schedule reports and present status to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to validate schedule information.
