ON GRID INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LLC in Pecos, TX is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to plan, develop, and report schedules for complex industrial and EPC projects.

The role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, master scheduling, and coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Travel to client locations will be occasional.

You will work with project teams to ensure alignment with scope and milestones and present status to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ progressive planning and scheduling experience in industrial, construction, or EPC projects.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 with baselining, updating, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Perform project planning and scheduling, including WBS, durations, milestones, and resources.
• Create master and discipline-level schedules aligned with scope and milestones.
• Coordinate with project teams to sequence engineering, procurement, construction activities.
• Produce schedule reports, progress curves, and look-ahead schedules.
• Present schedule status and risks to clients and leadership.
• Travel occasionally to project sites as required.
