Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP seeks a Senior Scheduler to support a complex nuclear project from design to client delivery. You will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with objectives and PMO standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to reflect milestones, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery timelines, identify risks, and offer mitigation strategies. This is a senior role in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/ Construction Management/PM or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time project scheduling experience on large projects.
• At least 5 years with Primavera P6.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR 810.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Use Primavera P6 to create, update, and manage schedules.
• Ensure alignment with scope, budget, and resources.
• Integrate schedules across programs into master schedules.
• Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between projects.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path, and risk assessments.
• Identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Support project controls with earned value reporting.
• Ensure PMO governance and scheduling standards.
• Maintain consistent coding, calendars, and resource data.
