Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP seeks a senior Lead Scheduler to manage Primavera P6 schedules for complex pipeline and facility projects in Riverside, CA. You will develop, update and integrate schedules, ensuring baseline control and accurate forecasts.

The role requires 10+ years of program scheduling experience, P6 v6 proficiency, Office 365/SharePoint, and strong communication with multi-disciplinary teams; PMI-SP/PSP/PMP are desirable. Mentorship and EV reporting support are included.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing complex capital projects or programs.
Proficient in Primavera P6 version 6 and baseline control.
Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with projects or portfolio >$100 million.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for pipeline and facility projects.
Integrate EPC/contractor schedules into master schedules with proper logic.
Perform CPM analysis to identify critical activities and delays.
Conduct Time Impact Analysis for scope changes and delays.
Develop cost- and resource-loaded schedules and support Earned Value reporting.
Publish schedules and reports to SharePoint and project controls locations.
Lead schedule review meetings and mentor junior schedulers.
