Job summary

INNIO Group is a global energy solutions provider delivering scalable, modular power systems. The Project Planning Expert will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules for large-scale gas engine and power plant projects, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires on-site presence four days per week, with travel domestically and internationally as needed. Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Office, plus a BA/BS in engineering or related field, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in project scheduling or planning.
• Experience with large, industrial projects and multi‑team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for gas engine, power plant, and large-scale project execution.
• Coordinate schedules with internal departments, external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling risks and support mitigation or recovery planning.
• Report progress, deviations, and risks to management and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
