Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Site Scheduler to join our Project Controls team on active EPC projects. You will develop, maintain, and communicate detailed construction schedules, translating field progress into actionable updates and forecasting with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a background in CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and working in heavy civil or power-generation projects. This role requires travel to project sites and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, PM, or related field.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on industrial/EPC projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining CPM schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Ability to travel and work on project sites.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup schedules.
• Update project schedules with field progress and subcontractor updates.
• Identify critical path, float usage, and schedule risks.
• Forecast upcoming work with project team.
• Coordinate schedule updates with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Lead weekly and monthly schedule review meetings.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2–6 weeks).
• Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
• Maintain schedule documentation and historical records.
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with procedures and client requirements.
