Job summary

INNIO Group, a global energy solutions provider, seeks a Project Planning Expert to develop, maintain, and monitor schedules for gas engine and large-scale projects. The role requires on-site presence four days per week and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and field services.

You will use Primavera P6 to map timelines, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths, while proactively identifying risks and championing schedule discipline within a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Business or related field.
• Professional experience in project scheduling/planning/management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for gas engine, power plant, and large-scale project execution.
• Develop and manage schedules using Primavera P6 with milestones and critical path activities.
• Coordinate schedules with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers.
• Identify scheduling risks and support mitigation or recovery plans.
• Report progress, deviations, and risks to management and stakeholders.
