Job summary

ReCon Management Services is seeking a Project Scheduler to build and maintain detailed project timelines using Microsoft Project. The role focuses on baseline schedules, critical path analysis, and progress reporting for our client projects in the construction/engineering sector.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of scheduling experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Primavera or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Active Microsoft Project Management is a must.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite (Excel for data analysis).
• 2–5 years of hands‑on scheduling experience in related industries.

Responsibilities

• Gather and input data into scheduling software programs.
• Maintain schedule and update, as needed.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports.
• Evaluate critical path, manpower, resources, and equipment.
• Report to a Manager.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
