Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for the Oil, Gas, & Chemical market in Houston, TX. This onsite role requires developing and updating schedules, communicating status and risks, and mentoring junior schedulers while aligning with corporate standards.

Based in the Energy Corridor, you will collaborate with project leadership to manage schedule changes, forecast impacts, and corrective actions, ensuring safe, efficient project delivery across EPC environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of construction or engineering scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel/relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed planning and scheduling from concept through construction.
• Create resource-loaded schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain critical path logic and schedule baselines.
• Provide updates, mitigation plans, and client reporting.
• Mentor junior schedulers and help develop standards.
