Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering/engineering technology, or business administration/finance.
• Working knowledge of AACEI, CII and PMI practices.
• Knowledge of cost engineering, planning, scheduling, and earned value concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost and schedule information for proposals or projects.
• Develops and maintains project controls procedures, reports, and standards.
• Generates reports on cost/schedule health for projects.
• Maintains earned value integration with schedules and budgets.
• Supports change management, and cash flow/revenue analysis.
• Maintains staffing plans for Project Controls.
• Assists in estimating and turnover packages.
• Manages data for historical reports.
