Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules for large capital construction projects.
• Develop baseline schedules incorporating engineering, procurement, mobilization, construction, commissioning, turnover, and contractual milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish activity durations, logic, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Maintain and update schedules using actual progress, remaining durations, and field conditions.
• Manage schedules for multiple concurrent projects and report deadlines across assignments.
• Perform critical path and schedule variance analyses and communicate drivers to leadership.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, delays, and impacts on milestones.
• Develop schedule forecasts and assess impacts to milestones and completion.
• Integrate subcontractor, vendor, and client schedules into the overall schedule.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings and prepare narratives and look-ahead reports.
• Support project controls by linking schedule data with cost, progress, and forecasting.
